Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide!

Where do you ship your products from?

We ship our goods from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be rejected. Your order can be returned for a full refund up to 14 days after receipt.

What means of payment do you accept?

We accept all major payment types (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time to process your order during the holidays and sales season. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.


How long does it take until I receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 40 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

No, not normally. However, should a special case arise, we will contact you with everything you need to know and how to proceed.

What if the items I received are defective/wrong/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective goods. When you receive your package, please include your order number, photos of the items, and any related references. We will do our best to solve your case as soon as possible!

When will I get my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the return or cancellation request. If you have any questions about when your account will be credited, please contact the card-issuing bank. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, do the following: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
